One of the entrances to the UVA football stadium. (All photos by Skip Hawkes) This week I went to see the University of Virginia football complex. David A. Harrison III Field at Scott Stadium seats 61,500, and is most often filled to capacity. It was constructed in 1931, and is the oldest Division 1 stadium in Virginia.
The stadium was closed, so I was only able to grab a few photos from the gate area but you can get an idea of the size, etc of the stadium from the photos.
